* kernel: fix kernel instability because of faulty PMIC communication

*kernel: fix second SD1 slot on carrierboard

phyBOARD-Alcor-i.MX 6-1:
*fix: Touchscreen axes in Qt5Demo are reversed
*fix: kernel: Backlight levels are reversed

Known issues:

 *gstreamer pipline using vpu is slow

- phyFLEX-i.MX 6-1 and phyFLEX-i.MX 6-2:
*Attaching DVI-Monitor doesn't work
*noise when playing sound over speaker
*SPI DMA issue. Nor flash should be used without DMA or just as boot device

-phyBOARD-Alcor-i.MX 6-1:
*Booting from NAND and using SD0 simultaneously fails
*USB Ethernet gadget panics

-phyBOARD-Subra-i.MX 6-1:
*Bootin from NAND and using SD0 simultaneously fails
