The phyCORE-AM57x System on Module (SOM) supports the ARM® CortexTM-A15 processor from Texas Instruments.

Particularly noteworthy for the first time is the integration of the dual core 3D graphics acceleration (SGX544) and the video acceleration for a 1080p HD stream in one processor, which is also able to control multiple displays.
On the performance side, the two Cortex-A1,5 cores (15 DMIPS / MHz) that can be clocked up to 3,5 GHz and the two C66x DSPs are supported by 2x 32-bit DDR3 / DDR3L, with one memory with ECC (Memory Error Detection ) Is provided. 

With the extensive feature set described, the phyCORE-AM57x is particularly suitable for applications in the areas of human machine interface, aviation control, industrial automation, machine vision, medical imaging and networking.

Our sample prices apply to the entire evaluation kit including accessories for commissioning. For example, the sample price of 64 euros for the phyBOARD-Wega AM3354 kit includes, in addition to the serial-ready SBC and a board support package adapted to the hardware, also an HDMI adapter, a power supply unit, cable and the PHYTEC QuickStart Guide.

You can find out to what extent our solution can be used in series for your project.
